You get a confirmation as soon as we receive the order, and another message when it leaves the shop. Your account page lists every order and its current status.
Message us as soon as you can. If the order has not been packed we can change or cancel it; after that we handle it as a return.
Yes. Island orders travel by boat, and we tell you which boat and when it leaves before you pay.
Male and Hulhumale are usually same day or next day. Island delivery follows the boat schedule, which is normally two to five days.
Card online, cash on delivery in Male, or bank transfer with a slip you upload at checkout.
We check the slip during shop hours and email you the moment the payment is confirmed. Nothing ships before that.
Anything unopened and in its original packaging, within fourteen days. Tell us first so we can arrange the collection.
Send us a photo on WhatsApp or Viber the day it arrives and we replace it or refund it — the boat trip is our problem, not yours.
